By using AntiScammer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

AntiScammer provides Discord bot and web-based security tools to detect scams, malicious content, and raid activity. The Service scans messages, links, and user behavior to protect your server and its members.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others. You must have appropriate permissions to add the bot to a Discord server. Server owners and moderators are responsible for how they use detection and moderation actions.

3. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using AntiScammer, you consent to data practices described in that policy.

4. Availability and modifications

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Pro plans and payments

Pro plans are billed through third-party providers (e.g. Patreon). Refunds and subscription management follow their policies. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or plan features.

6. Limitation of liability

AntiScammer is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including missed detections, false positives, or server decisions based on our output. Use at your own risk.
